li>4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with adequate course work in geotechnical engineering to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, soil and rock mechanics and testing, and construction methods (a Master's degree in geotechnical engineering is preferred) or CMAA certification in Construction Management.
