The Community Manager supervises entire on-site staff (i.e., Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Service Manager(s), Service Technician(s), Make-Ready Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s), and Housekeeper(s) and is responsible for overseeing all work completed by a contractor or vendor. Actively develop an understanding of maintenance and repair of key systems, including HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, structural and roofs, such that Community Manager can offer guidance on quality and efficiency of such work.
