Project Director RS&HProject DirectorOrlando, FloridaThis position will determine the needs and expectations of the client and oversees the project to ensure all needs are met, including establishing and communicating project requirements and ensuring the team delivers a final product which meets the requirements and maintains client satisfaction; develop a detailed scope of work, budget, and schedule; provide ongoing communication to the project team, ensuring objectives are clear; direct the project team through all phases of the project to achieve the desired results within the established budget and schedule; negotiate contracts and contract amendments with the client; recommend alternative solutions if project objectives cannot be achieved and contractual obligations cannot be met; serve as a point of contact for the client and the liaison with the project team throughout the duration of the project, including overseeing and providing regular status updates; provide leadership and oversight to the project team to ensure clear technical direction and coordination throughout the project; serve as a resource and mentor for technical and project management professionals, providing guidance and helping them grow; serve as the primary owner for project quality planning and quality control; oversee and ensure an exceptional client experience to support marketing efforts to secure repeat business from existing clients and work from new clients; and identify problems with the production and delivery process and leads efforts, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to affect improvements.
