Performs history, physical examination, analyzes data for appropriate diagnosis and treatment, initiates plans of care for inpatient and office consults in collaboration with the physician, and follows previously established plans of care for both oncology and hematology patients in both the outpatient and inpatient setting. Our team of board-certified, fellowship-trained medical oncologists and certified advanced practice providers deliver on-site care and treatment, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy, at affiliated infusion centers throughout our region.
