Patients we care for can range from bowel obstructions, hypertension, infections, wound care, diverticulitis, bowel surgeries, amputations, to our trauma population which can include fractures, traumatic wounds, Brain injuries, and more! Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
