This policy applies to all terms, conditions, and privileges of employment, including but not limited to hiring, introductory period, training, orientation, placement and employee development, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, educational assistance, layoff, and recall, social and recreational programs, employee facilities, termination, and retirement. Work with Bureau of Health Leadership to asses and refine present program involving MCH, as well as, develop new program(s) and approaches to meet unmet or new health needs in community.
