Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Train, educate and assist field personnel in the use and operation of Machine Control GPS equipment • Site localization and set-up, pre-surveys, production surveys and as-builts as necessary • Verify Machine Control calibrations, maintain and troubleshoot GPS problems when necessary • Perform site staking/layout and grade checking as necessary • Produce quantity reports for project managers and superintendents • Practice good recordkeeping skills for survey logs and records.
