Key Responsibilities • Support the Dean in the administration and strategic leadership of the College of Business and Professional Studies • Teach 1-2 Business classes as needed • Collaborate with faculty and department chairs on curriculum development, assessment, and AACSB accreditation initiatives • Lead or support marketing, recruitment, and outreach efforts to promote College programs and increase enrollment • Foster relationships with industry partners, alumni, and community stakeholders to enhance experiential learning opportunities and represent the College externally • Assist with faculty support, student advising initiatives, and academic scheduling • Analyze data related to enrollment, retention, and student success to inform decision-making.
