• Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and react to Out-of-Control conditions including defect troubleshooting • Develop & enhance operating procedures • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, learning and skills development • Ability to read and comprehend schematics / blueprints / electrical diagrams • Experience utilizing basic hand tools and quality workmanship principles • Experience with troubleshooting and structured problem-solving techniques • Basic understanding of the principles of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
