ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, perform and document all commissioning activities (pre-commissioning, through construction, testing - commissioning, energization - project close out) of various utility substation protection, control and power circuits in accordance with TRC''s and Client''s requirements, budgets, schedulesReview of wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering documents in advance of projects and outagesPerform trouble-shooting and problem analysis associated with protection and control systems and utility substation equipment, including but not limited to: Application Errors and Omissions, Drawing Errors and Omissions, Wiring Errors and Omissions, Settings Errors and Omissions, Equipment Malfunctions, Questionable Apparatus Test Results, Battery Ground FaultsParticipate in project meetings including but not limited to: kickoff meetings, planning meetings, progress meetings, lessons learned meetings. QualificationsQualificationsA Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical or Power Systems preferred) from an accredited school or University and related experience with testing and commissioning services (Electric Utility experience is preferred but will train T-C Engineers with experience in commissioning complex commercial - industrial equipment including protective relays or other Power Systems Field Engineers with relay knowledge.)7+ years related experience with testing and commissioning services (Electric Utility experience is preferred but will train T-C Engineers with experience in commissioning complex commercial - industrial equipment including protective relays or other Power Systems Field Engineers with relay knowledge.)
