This role has a strong strategic leadership component, including development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of underwriting strategies and guidelines across pricing, appetite, capacity deployment, marketing, staffing, renewals, and budgeting. The Underwriting Manager, Property (E&S) is responsible for leading and overseeing Property underwriting within an assigned Zone, with accountability for portfolio profitability, underwriting quality, talent development, and execution of strategic initiatives.
