Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts or systems, such as power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches and traction units. To maintain, diagnose, and repair customers’ vehicles in an efficient, profitable manner, to provide the consumer with work that is of superior quality, to aid and assist co-workers in their goals of providing superior quality in their repairs, and to aid in maintaining a clean, safe work environment within the department.
