Duties include; processing daily shipments from USPS, UPS, Amazon, and other vendors, receiving and documenting new hardware assets into the SNOW database, tracking and updating Coupa orders, tracking and updating SNOW tickets, safely packaging outbound equipment packages and creating appropriate UPS labels for shipment, performing physical inventory data collections and reconciliations, organization and storage of assets in inventory, and secure data deletion of assets prior to disposal. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: ITAM, HAM, SAM, IT ASSET, inventory, tracking, asset tracking, inventory control, servicenow Team: Hardware Asset Management – Technology Operations The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with a willingness to learn and the ability and willingness to work primarily independently, but also with strong written and spoken communication skills who can work as a member of a team to meet larger project goals.
