Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, women's fast-pitch softball coaching experience at the college level (head/assistant), head or assistant women's fast-pitch softball coach at the senior high school level, intercollegiate playing experience. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: practice and game coaching, recruitment of prospective student athletes, scouting, strength and conditioning, travel arrangements, off-season program, fund raising, softball camps, equipment distribution and inventory.
