Under the supervision of the Head Women's Basketball Coach, the incumbent will be the primary contact for student-athlete recruitment and will assist in all aspects of operating a NCAA Division II Women's Basketball program including but not limited to: coaching, recruiting, maintenance of a strong academic environment and student-athlete enhancement activities, compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations, retention of students, management of scholarship and operations budgets, fundraising, organizing practice, developing season and competition schedules. CSUSB has received the Carnegie Community Engagement Classification, which recognizes CSUSB's ongoing commitment to service-learning, a high-impact practice that combines classroom instruction with meaningful volunteer service and correlates strongly to student success.
