These expectations include achieving assigned recruiting and roster targets; maintaining retention benchmarks; fostering a positive student-athlete experience; demonstrating competitive progress appropriate to program tenure; engaging alumni, parents, community partners, and supporters; contributing to program and departmental fundraising initiatives; and supporting community engagement efforts. The selected candidates will assist the Head Men's Basketball Coach in all aspects of the college's men's basketball program while holistically developing student-athletes into leaders.
