Study job packets and organize materials for next order during cycles to reduce cycle and setup time; Pre-set tools before positioning them in mill; Set up and operate another machine tool during machining cycles; Set up and operate CNC machines using set-up sheets and written instructions with minimal supervision; Utilize all types of inspection instruments to check work per print without supervision; Possess knowledge of various cutting tools and has ability to determine various machine speeds and feeds; Perform basic equipment maintenance; Crosstrain on other plant machinery as required.
