Lead, mentor, and manage the Personal Training team

What Sets Our Best Managers Apart
. ⢠Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NPTI, etc.) preferred
⢠CPR/AED Certification (current)
⢠Minimum 2 years of personal training experience
⢠Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
⢠Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
⢠Strong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business operations
⢠Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skills
⢠Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor
