3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability Aligns with and embodies ALOs Guiding Principles Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder Ability to stand and move for an entire shift. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.
