The Enterprise Services (ES) Order to Cash (OTC) organization is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Collections Team.

• Review various types of purchase orders, contracts, invoices and orders for commercial businesses to determine key components that impact the timely payment of invoices.

VA Central Iowa Health Care System is a multi-campus health care system, with approximately 1700 employees, providing primary care, acute medicine, surgery, behavioral health, nursing home and domiciliary care located on the main campus in Des Moines Iowa, as well as a staffed Community Based Outreach Clinics in Carroll, Fort Dodge, Knoxville, Mason City, and South Des Moines. Plays an active role in the (Root Cause Analysis) (RCA) Suicide Team by performing individual case reviews, assisting with preparation of yearly aggregate summaries, and facilitating the implementation of system improvement and policies/ procedural changes recommended by the RCA team.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Pricing and ARI Supervisor, this position is accountable to provide direct customer service to facilitate the coordination, follow-up, timely resolution and closing of ARIs which are assigned for commercial customers.

li>Facilitate monthly accounts receivable meeting providing overview of overdue invoices to internal colleagues and leaders, will require high level of communication and organizational skills. This position will be responsible for managing invoicing, incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records and reports to support the organization's cash flow.

This position also requires work at extreme heights, in areas that are under construction, or in restricted areas such as a switchgear room, manhole, utility tunnel, crawl space, or attic, in confined spaces, and on slippery or uneven surfaces; works on ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, in ditches and excavations; works in and around single and multi-story buildings with all exposures typical of a heavy construction site, including portable sanitary facilities.

The successful Safety Coordinator will implement CECs safety programs by conducting daily field walks, taking care of regulatory compliance and audit oversight, and developing project specific corrective action plans to address safety issues and concerns.
