p>Scope of Job: The Closer/Funder is responsible for preparation of the closing document package; coordination of closing with closing agent, Realtors, borrowers, sellers and mortgage loan officer (MLO); and funding of the loan, all in line with company, program and investor requirements. In addition, Closer/Funder checks/audits for various regulatory, agency and investor compliance; prepares loans for in-house boarding and maintenance; and assists with post-closing and processing activities as needed.
