Due Diligence: Order and review essential due diligence items such as Title Commitments, UCC searches, Flood determinations, Proof of insurance, Surveys, Entity documents, Real estate appraisals, Environmental Assessments, Good Standing Certificates, and Beneficial Ownership. You'll collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers (CRM) and Loan Officer Assistants (LOA) to oversee the closing process for all new, renewed, and modified C&I and CRE loans.
