When required by the outpatient program, MHC IIs who hold a credential (i.e., L-AAC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA) eligible to be a Mental Health Professionals will provide initial intake assessments for persons seeking services at FBH to determine individual meets medical necessity and eligibility for FBH outpatient services. The Mental Health Clinician II will provides services that include but are not limited to engagement, supportive listening, psychoeducation, skill building, crisis assessment, prevention and intervention, resource education, develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate, and assist client with obtaining services while measuring client progress toward established goals and objectives.
