Provide 3-5 weekly sessions of family therapy and support, as clinically indicatedComplete comprehensive assessments including CANS, CRAFFT (12+), diagnostic evaluations, and SED determinationsFacilitate team meetings with families, youth, and providers to review and update treatment plansDevelop individualized treatment plans that highlight strengths, needs, goals, and interventionsConduct safety planning and risk management at intake and throughout treatmentPartner with FIT Family Partners and Outreach Workers to ensure seamless care deliveryCollaborate with schools, providers, and community resources to coordinate servicesSupport transitions to community-based treatment and services after FIT dischargeProvide after-hours phone support and participate in on-call rotation Who You Are Master's degree in a mental health-related field and license-eligible in MA, or Master's in related field with at least 2 years of experience working with children with emotional and behavioral needsCANS-MA certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)Knowledge of Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED), treatment techniques, and child-serving systemsFamiliarity with behavioral modification, crisis intervention, and family systems approachesStrong organizational, facilitation, and communication skillsCultural competence and ability to work with diverse populationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation required We Hire for Purpose!
