Conduct trauma-informed intake assessments and develop individualized mental health treatment plans Deliver individual and small group evidence-based therapy: CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused techniques Assess suicide and self-harm risk, develop safety plans, and respond to mental health crises Facilitate family meetings, caregiver training, and mental health education Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment progress records Collaborate with school counselors, special education staff, nurses, and community partners Contribute to mental health awareness initiatives and staff training. Active, unrestricted Tennessee licensure: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or Psychologist Must meet Tennessee requirements to provide clinical supervision Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Experience working with children and adolescents Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance billing and documentation requirements Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches Current CPR and First Aid certification Clear background check and proof of immunization status per district requirements.
