Therapist, I-IV Lutheran Family ServicesTherapist, I-IVFremont, CaliforniaOR fully licensed with one of the following: LMHP, LADC, or LCSW Therapist III Fully licensed with a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Certified Master in Social Work (CMSW) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) required, plus one additional license of the following: Provisional Certified Master Social Worker (PCMSW), Provisional Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC), Provisional Certified Master Social Worker (PCMSW), etc. Design and deliver educational/therapeutic workshops/groups, classes, or programs to meet the identified needs of groups including but not limited to Substance use groups, social/coping skills groups, DBT groups, parenting skills groups, etc.
