div>CGRC's Family Based Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership of the program and is responsible for supervision and instruction relative to the treatment services delivered by the program team.
Requirements:
- A master degree in a mental health field, which includes a clinical training and clinical practicum;
- Minimum three (3) years experience working in a child and family mental health, education, child welfare, or juvenile justice system with at least two of these being in a supervisory or managerial position.
*Report to the Director of Nursing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, or related field.
- Oversees programmatic and administrative issues, including client admissions, service modifications, program planning, and regulations to ensure program compliance and quality of client care; works collaboratively with managed care organizations (MCOs) and county liaisons and provides support to team with outside providers if the need arises regarding continuity of individual's care.
The Clinical Field Staff Supervisor is responsible for supporting all field staff in the on-going management of patient care with particular emphasis on monitoring the attainment of episode goals, clinical documentation, monitoring of visit frequency to ensure the highest quality clinical outcomes for the agency’s patients. • Must hold, in good standing, a license as a Registered Nurse, PT, OT, or SLP issued by the State of Pennsylvania, • Must be empathetic, non-judgmental, tactful, responsible, professional and organized.
