The person will also work with clients and families/natural supports to assess their strengths and needs, assisting families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services, recommending the types of treatment modalities needed and providing these services directly or by referral. As a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Supervisor with Carolina Outreach, you will provide clinical supervision for staff members who are providing FCT services for children, youth, adolescents, adults, and their families.
