Supervises daily operations of assigned rehabilitation department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Athletic Therapy, Physician & Therapy Wound Clinics, and Hyperbaric Clinics in addition to Rehab Business Office Assistants (in the absence of the Rehab Business Office Manager) such as staffing and directing colleagues and workflow. In collaboration with the manager, supervises all human resource management functions (including staffing, hiring, disciplinary and terminating), purchasing and finance functions, timecard approval, financial recovery tasks, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, as well as other administrative duties.
