Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff, provide coaching and guidance on implementing effective interventions, support community service workers with potential crisis or staffing needs, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.
