What You’ll Do:• Supervise rehab staff in the delivery, documentation, and billing of therapy services• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and practice acts• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training therapy team members• Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and customer service metrics• Develop action plans to address areas of underperformance• Participate in meetings, in-services, and facility-wide initiatives• Maintain a clinical caseload with a minimum of 35% productivity. What We’re Looking For:• Current New York State license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and rehab operations• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Passion for mentoring teams and improving resident outcomes.
