- $80,000 - $90,000. Responsibilities:
Recommends employment decisions for staff to the director of operations, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change status.
The Manager works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice optimization, fiscal integrity, and to foster the delivery of a quality patient care experience. In collaboration with ICCE Department leaders and other leaders, the Manager ensures effective operations and proactively assesses and implements appropriate processes to ensure that all facets of ambulatory clinic management are effectively addressed.

Care Lync is a Social Services agency focused on providing Support Coordination (Service Coordination/Case Management) services to adults diagnosed with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder who are enrolled in the Department of Human Services, Medicaid Waiver Program. The Support Coordinator / Service Coordinator / Case Manager will assist the person(s) receiving services in identifying and communicating his/her requests and needs for services and supports, which may include housing, medical, social, vocational and other community services.
