Recommends plans for adopting additional features or functions within the current solutions to improve operational efficiencies or improve the value realized from the current investment for improved patient satisfaction or quality REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 in a healthcare leadership roleProven success leading application portfolios in healthcare, including EHR and ERP systemsDemonstrated experience in IT governance frameworks, decision-making structures, and stakeholder alignmentStrategic thinker with a track record of implementing emerging technologies or new digital capabilitiesStrong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory environment, and clinical/business workflowsExcellent communication, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPrior responsibility for application roadmap ownership, vendor partnerships, and innovation initiativesProven experience in IT planning, organization, and development, including budget development and accountabilityExcellent understanding of project management principlesPositive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
