The RN Care Manager, Occupational Medicine, will provide comprehensive services and support that include, but are not limited to: first aid, medical response, management of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, medical surveillance as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), training and education, COVID-19 program management, health and wellness initiatives, injury prevention services, and other services supported by Sanford Occupational Medicine. Required in Fargo Network and Sioux Falls Network, or employees hired after January, 2025, who do not possess a Bachelor’s degree in the required field, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing within five years of hire into position.
