Master’s degree in human services field, licensed preferred, Certification in applicable models for FFT and or FCM, Three (3) years’ experience in the field of mental health and/or Human Services, One (1) year of management and administrative experience, Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical quality assurance processes, Effective verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Prior experience working with youth and families, Flexibility to travel for business needs. Supports the Executive Director, Family Services with operational objectives; ensuring the individualized needs of the youth and family support network are met through the development, implementation, and general oversight of all specialized services, provide effective leadership, coaching and development to Team Members.
