p>Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Registered Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (if hired before passing the Registered Dietitian exam, must have passed the exam within 3 years allowed by the Oklahoma Provisional Licensure) and a current Dietitian License with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision (provisional license is acceptable for up to 3 years.). Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Collaborates with and functions as the nutritional expert on an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop treatment plans; attends treatment team meetings to communicate progress of each patient and ensures dietary matters are documented.
