In partnership with Human Resources, interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates staff; Mentors and coaches' staff in their professional development and interpersonal relations, developing an effective teamwork approach, in partnership with clinic nursing and/or Director of Nursing; With the support of the Clinical Nurse Educator, coordinate, provide and document staff trainings, continuing education, competencies and monthly staff meetings; Approve/deny leave requests and review and approve timecards of direct reports; Provides oversight using routine audits of support staff performance of required job duties and documentation in the medical record.
