At the direction of the Director of Hospice, the Clinical Manager, plans for, leads, coordinates and facilitates the provision of quality care and service, including appropriate use of resources (human/supplies/equipment), for a patient at the end of life. Oversees, facilitates, and monitors all aspects of the hospice personnel; including orientation of new staff, development and education of clinicians, and performance management Supports clinicians/patients in the field, as needed.
