Qualifications (Preparations, Experience, Competencies, Personal Attributes): 1.Occupational Educational Certification where applicable 2.Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts 3.Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university 4.Minimum experience of 2 years of clinical experience 5.Evidence of clinical competence in the area of clinical instruction required 6.Ability to develop new instructional materials 7.Ability to revise and modify existing curriculum materials 8.Excellent management and organizational skills 9.Excellent communication skills 10.Excellent interpersonal relations skills 11.Some experience operating Computer Hardware and knowledge of software.
