p>Must be credential in one or more of the following: • Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) - An individual who meets the applicable training and credentialing required by the Missouri Credentialing Board for any of the following positions: • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) • Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC) • Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRAADC) • Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP) • Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor-Provisional (RADC-P) • Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC) • Co-Occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP) • QMHP or Qualified Substance Professional (QAP) with minimum of 1 year experience.
Minimum Education, Training, and Experience:
A Master's degree in Human Services Field (education, nursing, criminal justice, recreational therapist, social work, psychology, human development) plus:
• A licensed or provisionally licensed qualified mental health professional (QMHP); or • An individual holding the Co-Occurring Disorders Professional or Co-Occurring Disorders Professional/Diplomate credential from the Missouri Credentialing Board; or • A non-licensed QMHP who meets the co-occurring counselor competency requirements established by the department; or • A QAP who meets the co-occurring counselor competency requirements established by the department.
