D. in Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry, or related field is desired, along with 15+ years of relevant experience managing product development, product sustaining, process development, design, scale-up, improvement, validation activities/teams. As such, in addition to the criteria below, the ideal candidate must be a skilled team leader with strong negotiating and influencing skills, be able to work independently and within a team, handle multiple tasks in parallel, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
