Staff Management and Development: Recruit, screen, interview, hire, train and develop quality candidates for clinical staff positions, including therapists, clinical case managers, peer recovery specialists and intake specialists . Work with the Training Specialist to develop and maintain a matrix/menu of required trainings, and individualized training plans and training logs for each clinician and clinical case manager .
