A minimum of seventy (70) percent of time is spent in the provision of direct services to clientsMaintains a minimum of 22-25 patient caseloadHas specific clinical responsibilities for each case assigned including, but not limited to:Initial treatment assessments and formulations (psychosocial assessments; interviews with patient, parents and significant others to obtain data on the patient''s personal, social, developmental, and emotional history; timely completion of all assessment tools used at intake including but not limited to BASC, CATS, TSCC, WASI-II, etc.).Therapy delivery (weekly, biweekly, or every other week as clinically indicated).Referrals to appropriate in-house services such as OT or FSP.Case Management (case coordination with other disciplines, attend team meetings, etc.).Communication with clients (Referral sources, parents/guardians, school officials, etc.).Timeliness of all necessary documentation (intakes, progress notes, case notes, treatment plans & reviews, annuals, contact calls, monthly summaries, discharge summaries, special notes, referrals, etc.).Participation in the implementation of all clinical aspects of the Childhelp Children's Center programsCreates and maintains files with all paperwork and written reports related to clientele in accordance with OBHL, the Center's policies and procedures, and the forensic environment. No substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.)Employees may be exposed to children who may ask inappropriate personal questions, display socially unacceptable personal behaviors, insult your physical appearance, age, sex, and race, use profanity, sexually explicit phrases, exhibit defiance, dishonesty, threats, accusations, and theft, assaultive behaviors and self-destructive behaviors.
