Under the Direction of the Executive Director of Oncology Services, this role has administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient, physician and staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Carefully assesses and uses good judgment regarding utilization of resources to provide quality patient care and/or delivery of services that are both cost effective and of good value to both the customer and the organization.
