You will be responsible for driving growth and utilization of our Alexis Orthopaedic Protector by performing the following activities: Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons and key contacts in assigned hospital accounts. li>Analyzes, designs, implements and evaluates information and communication systems as related to clinical nutrition and patient meal services that enhance individual and population outcomes, improve patient care and strengthen the clinician-patient relationship. Develops and implements education materials for ethics committee members Helps develop innovative approaches to distance learning, including website, and online strategies to enhance and/or supplement more conventional or traditional learning styles/opportunities. Contributes to the Evaluation of Ethics Department and in particular ethics consultation service for quality improvement Attend local committees, e.g., mortality, P&T, LOS, and others as needed to contribute an ethical perspective to ongoing work within local sites. li> Certified or registered as a CMA or RMA by one of the following National Organizations: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification issued by the National Health Career Association (NHA), RMA certification issued by the American Medical Technologists (AMT), Medical Assistant (NCMA) certification issued by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC), or American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). Recognized or certified as a CMA or RMA by one of the following National Organizations: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National Health Career Association (NHA), National Healthcare Worker's Association (NHCWA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), National Registry of Medical Assistants (NRMA). li>Certified or registered as a CMA or RMA by one of the following National Organizations: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification issued by the National Health Career Association (NHA), RMA certification issued by the American Medical Technologists (AMT), Medical Assistant (NCMA) certification issued by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC), or American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). li>Certified or registered as a CMA or RMA by one of the following National Organizations: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification issued by the National Health Career Association (NHA), RMA certification issued by the American Medical Technologists (AMT), Medical Assistant (NCMA) certification issued by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC), or American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). May be asked to serve as a preceptor for onboarding Medical Assistants/students and is an exemplary role model for all staff or students for all disciplines to ensure that there is a current and future qualified workforce; modeling professionalism and creating a healthy work environment. Ensures peak laboratory operations by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality in achieving Advocate Health goals and objectives including planning, monitoring, and implementing laboratory operations in a cost effective, quality and service-oriented manner.
