The Clinical Operations Coordinator, RN is responsible for supervising the daily clinical operations of practice sites, supervising clinical support staff, coordinating clinical staff and provider schedules, and performing service recovery as necessary. Under the clinical direction of the Director, Clinical Practice and the administrative direction of the Clinical/Practice Administrator, the Operations Coordinator participates in the planning, leading, and organizing of activities relating to quality patient care in the practice.
The Operations Assistant contributes to the coordination of daily clinic operations, maintains dental equipment and accurate records, supports quality assurance processes, and provides front-line administrative and patient support services in alignment with the mission and goals of the Dental Hygiene Program and Malcolm X College. Communicates regularly and works collaboratively with clinic coordinators and the Senior Director of Dental Hygiene to support daily clinic activities and to contribute to efficient operations.
