The Clinic Systems Informatics (CSI) Specialist assists with the execution and support in the implementation and optimization of clinic-based information systems.
Collaborates with nurse managers, case managers, physicians, charge nurses, ED managers, infection control and ancillary department managers to ensure appropriate patient placement decisions and to ensure patient safety. The House Supervisor demonstrates HMH values, leadership and interpersonal skills to oversee the clinical and leadership functions of the Medical Center in the absence of unit managers and senior leadership.
Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD. Develop, mentor and inspire a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for our patients, teammates and community.
