The Program Manager will support a team of approximately 3-6 employees as well as eligible participants in obtaining and maintaining stable, independent housing through pre-tenancy and tenancy-sustaining services, while coordinating closely with outside case managers, state-level case managers, waiver contacts, landlords, community providers, and Wellspring team members. This can include demonstrated experience developing, coordinating, and maintaining program workflows; managing referrals, service authorizations, documentation, or other program requirements; monitoring timelines, outcomes, and deliverables; communicating with internal and external partners; problem-solving operational barriers; and supporting continuous improvement of program processes.
