RESPONSIBILITIESAn associate in the Public Finance department will work with partners, associates, staff and clients throughout the country in a busy practice involving a wide range of types of transactions and projects, including:Researching federal and state law, including local bond and real estate law, federal and state securities laws, and the Internal Revenue Code. Ideal candidates will have an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in a wide range of transactional matters involving municipal securities for state and local governments, housing developers, nonprofit organizations and other permitted borrowers.
