This communication can be for a multitude of reasons including, but not limited to; customer disputes, tolerance & predatory violations, re-disclosure issues, system errors, lack of required information, general inquiries, process clarifications, rush or hold of loans in the processing queues and guidance. Escalations Analyst will be in charge of communicating directly with brokers, loan officers, loan processors, closers, account executives, and regional managers, LSC customer service representatives, Business Partner Advocates, underwriters.
